JOB DETAIL

Business Information Research and Data Analysis Tasks:
1. Conduct market research, market situation and identifying potential customers & suppliers in various industries.
2. Prepare credit line and company background of potential customers & suppliers.
3. Analyze customer's current business, pain points and requirements to provide business solution idea.
4. Collect and identify new business opportunities and partners.

New business development & sales activity approach Tasks:
1. Organize meeting to propose new business idea and promote company products and services.
2. Build relationships with new customers & new suppliers to expand the market.
3. Maintain existing customers & suppliers' relationship for finding new opportunities.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies, customer service and retention plans and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
5. Monitor competitor proposal, pricing, and promotions to improve sales strategies.

Coordination with Related Business DivisionTasks:
1. Communicate both internal company (e.g. sales team) and affiliated companies.
2. Coordinate and consolidate with the related department to implement a project or tracking the project progress.
3. Negotiate with various levels of management, associates, suppliers, and customers.

Action Plan Implementation & Report Tasks:
1. Apply PDCA to control schedule and improve action plan.
2. Prepare & summary data (e.g. enquiries control, etc.) to update action plan situation.
3. Report and get comment from management to improvement action plan

Other Tasks:
1. Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission and seek to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Perform other related duties as superior needed.
3. Perform to manage various projects and meet deadlines.
4. Create & implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Report to supervisors or mentors for any issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering field.
3. At least 3 years as Sales or Business Developer with project management experience. (If have knowledge in IT or Electrical System is an advantage.
4. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC 550 or higher is an advantage)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
