JOB DETAIL

- Payment (AP) : Issue payment voucher for every first part of the month, during the month and every end of month by Internet Bangking.
- Recored Outgoing Payment on SAP, Issue adjustment of the month if any for record JE. (Different amount between SAP and Payment Voucher)
- Petty Cash : Calculate amount of reimburse Petty cash such as Gassoline , Express way , Allowance and other expenses, Recorded Outgoing payment on SAP , Check documents ( completely sign )
- Check AP Invoice , PO ,TAX Inv match with SAP
- Purchase TAX (AP) : Reccord and Reconsile purchase TAX, Issue purchase TAX report.
- Issue PP30 PND 3 53
- Check document with SAP.
- Keep any Document in file, Categorising document for easy to find.
- Support and Cooperate with others such as Other staff, Supplier, Bank, Messenger
- Withdraw Petty cash, Receive document at BANK

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai nationality)
- Age 25-30 years
- Bachelor degree in accounting, management, commerce
- At least 2 year experience in Accounting field.
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Able to communicate in English
- Japanese is advantage
- Using program outlook, MS word, MS excel, SAP.
