JOB DETAIL

Responsibility: The main function is to management production and have minor details as follows
- Establish yearly plan follow business company objective
- Establish KPI of production and planning department & Monitoring by monthly
- Developing strong product line strategy and development plan.
- Organize and manage production team for to achieve KPI target
- Generate and prepare preventive action and plan improvements activity of products
- Reviewing competitive environment, consumer insight, and relevant standard context across the region for each responsible product line.
- Driving key project development and coordinate function plan by working closely with management team.
- Improvement process, products, quality , line productivity, line balance, reduce cycle time, and kaizen activity
-Internal auditor
- Support supply chain management
- ISO System implement ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015
- Summary monthly KPI report to
- Summit management review report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineer (Electrical, Machanical ,Telecom , industrial engineering)
- Male age not over 45 years old .
- Experiennce working at least 10 year as Production manager
- Logical thinking and good analytical Good interpersonal skills
- Occasional travel may be involved.

Skills
1. Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other quality management systems.
2. ERP system experience is preferred
3. Good English communication ability (TOEIC at least 550 points)
4. Good service and coordination ability
5. Computer knowledge MS Office
6. Be able to drive and hold a driving license
