Team Engine (Powertrain)
1. Support and work closely with Project Management Team and participate in full project life cycle from the requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.
2. Support to follow up/contact with headquarter for complete information whenever required.
3. Support to monitor and control risk/issue to ensure project timeline is fulfilled and delivered on time.
4. Act as an interpreter, point of contact and communicate between our sites and headquarter.
5. Prepare meeting report. Transcribe meeting minutes, memos and any tasks to support depend on
request from team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience as Project Coordinator in Software Development field.
4. Must have good knowledge for software development process, MS. Office (Word, Excel).
5. JLPT N3.
6. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
