JOB DETAIL

▪ Oversee the assigned section’s operation and drive teams to achieve department and company targets as one team. Support Deputy General Manager to collaborate with Top Management across the company to establish Sales Department’s goals, strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company’s goals. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow customer loyalty and gain long-term business partnerships.
▪ Work closely with Deputy General Manager to determine Sales Department’s goals and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and cascade sales targets to team members under own assigned sections
▪ Oversee and monitor sales targets under own assigned sections while determining the appropriate solutions to achieve sales targets
▪ Report sales targets, changes, or any issues that occurred and may affect the targets to Deputy General Manager and the relevant parties on a regular basis
▪ Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to grow customer loyalty by supporting team members to maintain good relationships with existing clients while actively building relationships with potential clients to gain long-term business partnerships
▪ Develop a solid understanding of the market, industry trends, clients, and competitors in order to consistently adapt services, products, and proposed solutions to address client’s needs and requirements
▪ Oversee performance of own assigned sections while investigating factors impacting the team performance, and determining effective solutions to increase motivation, productivity, and efficiency
▪ Act as a mentor to ensure all team members perform their tasks efficiently
▪ Delegate tasks appropriately to the team members
▪ Conduct performance evaluations for all team members within own assigned sections, provide feedback for improvement and collaborate with relevant parties to develop the capabilities of the team members
▪ Nourish a positive and productive working environment within and across the sections
▪ Participate in team meetings, department meetings, and company meetings as well as enhance clear communication across parties.
▪ Provide advice and support in talent management activities such as talent acquisition, talent development etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪ Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
▪ Age 45-50 years old
▪ Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or a related field
▪ 20+ years of sales work experience
▪ 10+ experience in management level
▪ Automotive / leasing business would be preferable.
▪ Commercialize new business
▪ Sustainability growth Business
▪ Profitability Management
▪ Subordinates management at least 5+ persons
▪ Excellent in negotiation, communication, and management
▪ Have Leadership with ability to assist in driving sales department.
▪ Strong interpersonal, people management
▪ Analytical, and problem-solving
▪ Data analysis skill, mathematical thinking skill
▪ Excellent command in English, both speaking and writing
