Report: General Manager
Subordinate: 2 people

- Obligation to cooperate in the planning and implementation of company-specific quality policies and targets.
- Communication of quality principles to improve quality awareness in the company.
- Continuous checks and evaluation of the further development of the quality management system.
- Coordination, support and training of management staff and the operative employees with regard to quality management.
- Coordination of the development, update and further development of standard QM documents: work instructions, process instructions and other operative documents.
- Supervise and advise each department to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken. Being efficient and completed within a suitable internal period and ensuring that it complies with the ISO requirements as set by the standards

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only, Age between 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of any fields.
- Proficient in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirement.
- At least 3 years in QMR with manufacturing
- At least 3 years in Supervisor level.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and responsibility.
- Able to manage the quality system to operate efficiently including maintaining and develop the system in accordance with the requirements
- Able to work under pressure.
