JOB DETAIL

• Handle internal and external analytical activities and find opportunities to develop the construction business
• Handle economic feasibility studies, technical, legal, operational, and other related fields and screen opportunities and prepare presentations for approval in principle with management.
• Develop and execute strategies tailored to the target audience and promote products and services
• Develop a plan for advertising, promotion, public relations, and sales management
• Liaise with business partners (Business Partner)
• Seek opportunities, devise strategies and initiative to develop new businesses or projects related to the construction business
• Making a summary report for executives, such as lists about customer needs, problems, customer interests or market competition to increase potential and provide new services to customers
• Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 30-40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Business, economics, marketing or related.
• Experience in business development construction 5-10 years
• Knowledge of construction business and business analysis and marketing.
• Management skill, easygoing, leadership and responsibility
• Intermediate level of English 6/10
• Good level of Microsoft office
