MIS Deputy Manager (Network and Security) - Support Network, Infrastructure and Security
Department: Management Information System
Team of 4 members (Direct Subordinate: 0)
Report to Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the reporting to Senior Manager (Infrastructure and Security, 2nd-Tier) and Head of Department.
2. Responsible as 1st-Tier IT Network Management (Setup, Configure, Monitoring, Analyze and Troubleshooting and etc.)
3. Responsible as 2nd-Tier for End-point Security and IT Security Incident Management with the team.
4. Proactive for network preventive maintenance and report in the period required by ISO27001 audit reporting.
5. Proactive for any network security vulnerability management and latest patch update followed CISO.
6. Co-operate with AD Server Admin for any network security integration with AD Services.
7. Provide helpdesk for all internal employees with the team.
8. Support for any challenges required for new network and security criteria.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 28-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT field with knowledge in software and hardware used in the network systems as well as other advanced technologies. (If have knowledge of ISO 27100 is an advantage)
4. Good basic network skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SNMP, SSL and good hands-on experiences on Cisco Network System (Switch, WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE), Fortinet Firewall / VPN, PRTG IT Capacity Monitoring and etc.
5. Good hands-on experiences on Microsoft Solution (Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, LDAP, GPO, O365+P1, Microsoft Defender + EDR, and etc.
6. Strong in IT network technical skills and problem-solving skills.
7. Intermediate level of English.
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
