JOB DETAIL

1. Coordinate about closing shipment with Customer Service (CS) BOOKING and Custumer Service (SC) DOC Departments.
2. Execute data update in SMF and APS system.
3. Follow up in LONG STAY'work section with the team/part/section that using the service.
4. Coordinate the work of hauling containers with the team/part/section that using the service.
5. Check the cost of the space in each locations such as tow fees, lifting fees, entry passing fee, etc.
6. Check the bill in the terminal sector for all empty cabin.
7. Check the bill from subcontractor for filling the container in the port.
8. Carry out all deposit ralated tasks such as checking receipt of deposit, issuing a receipt for repairing, making an appointment to receive a deposit, closing the deposit documents and submitting to the accounting department.
9. Make a summary report of EOR repairing costs by the end of the month
10. Update the container number that the customer used daily.

1. ดําเนินการปิดเรือกับทางแผนก CS BOOKING , CS DOC
2. ดําเนินการอัพเดทข้อมูลใน Smf และ System APS
3. ตามในส่วนงาน LONG STAY กับทางลานที่ใช้บริการ
4. ดําเนินการประสานงานในส่วนงานลากตู้กับทางลานที่ใช้บริการ
5. ตรวจสอบบิลค่าใช้จ่ายของลาน เช่น ค่าลาก ค่ายก ค่าผ่านลาน เป็นต้น
6. ตรวจสอบบิลค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนงานของ TERMINAL เกี่ยวกับตู้เปล่าทั้งหมด
7. ตรวจสอบบิลค่าใช้จ่ายจาก subcontractor ในการบรรจุตู้ในท่าเรือ
8. ดําเนินการในส่วนงานมัดจําตู้ทั้งหมด เช่น เช็ครับมัดจําตู้ ออกใบเสร็จค่าซ่อมตู้ นัดรับมัดจําตู้ ปิดเอกสารมัดจําตู้ส่งแผนกบัญชี
9. สรุปค่าซ่อมตู้ EOR REPAIR SUMMARY & PENDING EOR ทุกๆสิ้นเดือน
10. อัพเดทเบอร์ตู้ เบอร์ซีลที่ลูกค้าทําการลากออกจากลาน แต่ละลําเรือใน DAILY

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least one year of working experienc in any position from logistics company and must have knowledge about shipping containers.
4. Intermediate level of English.
