【Main Duty】
Management of internal control （Top Management）
Mainly oversees accounting operations and such as business analysis,budgeting, reporting, and auditing, and manages the following 5 departments
・Purchasing, HR, General Affairs, Accounting, IT departments

【Job description】
・Conduct business analysis and be involved in company management
(At least, analysis is performed in response to requests from company top management)
・Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
・Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
・Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
・Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.
・Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
・Work well CEO to develop the strategic plan.
・Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial and accounting objectives.
・Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial, accounting and trends and forecasts.
・Development, Implementation and maintain a comprehensive job cost system of Company.
・Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance, accounting and business opportunities.
・Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with quality system and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
・implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs
・Management of Purchasing, HR, General Affairs, Accounting, IT departments
（Knowledge of all departments required）

・Report to Japanesse President

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Age between 45-50 years old
・Male or female
・Bachelor's Degree Accounting (MBA etc. is even better)
・More than 10 years of work experience in the FMCG industry
・More than 10 years of management experience
・More than 5 years of CEO or CFO or MD experience
・More than 5 years of experience in business strategy
・Upper Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 800 UP）
・Must have CPA Licence

・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Can speak Japanese
・Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
