- Manage and oversee overall HR Operations including Training, Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll and HR Administration.
- Develop and implement HR Strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
- Designing and implement Succession Plan, Talent Management.
- Act as a consultant to line managers and employees on HR policies/ regulations/ guidance/ employee relation matters and provide the relevant recommendations and solutions.
- Ensuring that local policies and actions align with Labor law, PDPA and with OKAYA HQ’s guidelines.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Psychology, Public Administration or related.
- 6-15 years of experience in overall HR functions.
- 2 years in managerial level
- Good command in English both written and spoken (TOEIC 550 up)
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, proactive, Energetic with can-do attitudes required.
