Team: IT-Infra (4 team members)
Report to Manager

**IT infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and user support.

1.Perform IT infrastructure implementation project.
2.Perform IT infrastructure improvement.
3.Perform troubleshooting in the IT infrastructure field and application systems
4.Perform user support in the IT infrastructure field and application systems
5.Perform company internal paperwork which relates to IT systems

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25 - 32 years old with Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer related major (not mandatory)
- Min 3 years of working experience in the IT infrastructure field.
- Good command of English communication (Intermediate level of English
- Good IT infrastructure skills and experience
- Mandatory : Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Network (LAN, WAN), Active Directory
- Better skill : AWS, O365, HCI , Digital PBX, IP Phone
