Daily management
• Set goals for transportation and warehouse departments. as well as following up on the work of the department Evaluate the work of the department
• Define methods and procedures for transportation and warehouse operations.
Budget management
• Prepare a budget plan for the logistics department's expenditures. and consider approving budget expenditures within the stipulated authority
Technical management
• Review the collection of customer order information into the database system.
• Supervise the coordination with the purchasing department, sales department, and production department to plan purchase orders and production of products received from customers.
• Review and approve sales documents, production orders, compare in the system and invoices, delivery documents.
• Follow up on the movement and use of storage space.
• Follow up on inspection results of receiving goods. Storing products into the warehouse correctly according to the category and location specified.
• Follow up on the results of the request for withdrawal and payment of goods according to the request for withdrawal documents.
• Review the product count summary report.
• Track and verify deliveries.
• Consulting and advice on product delivery planning so that customers can receive the product quickly under the appropriate budget.
• Considering and approving the selection of third-party service providers.
• To consider and approve the taking of goods or items out of the warehouse.
• Manage other work assigned by the management
Personnel management
• Individual development plan Implement plans and follow up on developments.
• Manage occupational safety and health for personnel.
• Supervise and comply with safety and hygiene policies. and the environment and Enterprise Energy Saving Project

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or other related fields
• Experience in warehouse management and delivery for than 10 years
• Experience in Logistic Manager level for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems or WMS systems well.
• Warehouse management and delivery in the corrugated packaging industry will be an advantage.
• Understand KPI and quality system ISO9001:2008 and apply to work
• Able to delegate work and knowledge transfer to subordinates as well
• Diligence, honesty, patience, good coordination, and communication skills.
