Department: Quality Assurance Division
Report Directly to Japanese GM and Japanese DGM
1. Set policies, objectives and targets for department.
2. Develop and review budgets (Manpower, Investment and Expenses) and ensure to achieve target.
3. Set section objectives, goals and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
4. Manage and direct overall department operations including acting for change and improvement in performance and quality, and fully comply company's rules and regulations.
5. Work with division GM and DGM, exchange useful and necessary information, give advices among the Division
Management to achieve company's goals.
6. Smoothly and efficiently plan testing distribution transformer.
7. Ensure and manage distribution transformer testing in production, under reparation, and finished goods according to
national and international standards.
8. Analyze and report testing results, problems and abnormalities of distribution transformers.
9. Monitor, maintain and update procedures, forms and records.
10. Facilitate laboratory process and service customers.
11. Manage and maintain equipment for smoothly and efficiency test activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering field.
3. At least 5 years of QA in Testing High Voltage equipment.
4. At least 3 years in managment level as QA Manager.
5. Must have knowledge about ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC 17025
6. Intermediatel level of English.
7. If have professional license or certified certificate related to transformer testing is as an advantage.
8. Able to work on every other Saturdays.
