- Providing engineering services to Customers
- Be a contact point of customer for all technical matters including customer service-related
queries (e.g. repair, parts), technical advisory service at site.
- Communicating with Head office and business partners for Report a voice of customer, customer’s request and any business-related circumstances in timely manner.
- Translate technical documents to English for easy understanding of Head office engineers in urgent case.
- Promote service menus to increase sales volume of aftermarket business.
- Get the voice of customers to find new service programs.
- Design enhancement of minor parts based on standard design application experience with very low risk in terms of integrity
- Robustness and performance (rotor dynamics and efficiency)
- Design enhancement of major key parts based on experience with moderate risk control according to analysis results for strength and performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as design engineer of centrifugal compressors or steam
turbines.
- Or 2 years experience as application engineer of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines in
petrochemical/ Oil & Gas industry.
- Or 3 years experience as field engineer of centrifugal compressors or steam turbines.
- Fluent in English
- Must have proficient experience & exposure to national and international engineering codes and standards.
- Have willingness for experiencing continuous improvement processes. Experiences for participating in lessons learned, Kaizen events, Six Sigma studies.
- Have relevant experience with Petrochemical/Oil & Gas clients, products, industry standards a) General policy
