This future HR Manager position.

[Tasks]
・Support Thai and Japanese members in HR department or the company.
・Working on "KAIZEN" of HR system/Company Regulations/Benefits
・VISA/Work-permit related tasks (*Not using agents)
・Other HR Tasks that assigned by company
・Management of subordinates
・Reporting to Japanese GM in Thailand and HQ in japan
・Supporting accounting and GA teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Those who have a detailed understanding of Thai laws and company regulations
・Those who have experience in KAIZEN activities of HR system, Benefits and company regulations
・Must be able to operate and manage whole HR Tasks
・Working experience at Japanese companies(*Size=more than 30 employees) as Senior HR/HR Assistant Manager or HR Manager
・Candidates without management experience are welcome but must be willing to become Manager later
・Japanese N2 up
・English ＝Intermediate
