JOB DETAIL
1. Give the instruction to staff for work in efficiency according to company's internal process and policy.
2. Coach and train staff.
3. Monitor and follow up with staff to ensure that they have clear understanding and can complete the assigned work.
4. Give the advice and support to slove any problem with the task or working process.
5. Avoid and reduce any extra cost or unexpectation cost by human error.
6. Support Customer Support manager and Customer Support team to reduce work load by doing daily report of irrigularity and propmt report and Customer Support GP plus as monthly basis.
7. Distribute job assignment to Customer Support team based on business type and scope of service, explain working step to avoid any mistake and smooth on operation flow.
8. Check and review working process to be completed and correct as direction and policy.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or Logistics related field.
3. At least 5 years of work experinece as Air Export Customer Service in freight forwarding industry with management experience.
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Able to work on some Saturday from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm (Twice per month)
