JOB DETAIL

1. Set goals and create action plans for team and provide specific directions to team members.
2. Clarify members’ goals careers and motivate them.
3. Understand the work of staffs and take responsibility for planning and implementing team issues and countermeasures.
4. Understand the workload of staffs. Determine the priority of tasks that should be worked on the team and adjust work expectations.
5. Manage team budgets and staffs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or other related field
3. At least 3 years of work experience in organization management and project development (Fleet Management related project).
4. Strong experience of software development life cycle, software development process and document
5. Intermediate level of English
