JOB DETAIL

- Mainly in charge of coordinating Thai clients and the supplier in between
- Communicating with Thai clients and suppliers from abroad via email using English and Thai
- Operating import and export procedure, especially in charge of BOI
- Support Japanese expatriate's work permit procedure
- Aside from the main task, working as accounting support once a month (end of the month), checking financial documents with the headquarter in abroad such as:
1) VAT, Withholding tax
2) Cash receipt recording
3) Communicating with the revenue department in headquarter abroad

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Gender : Female
- Age : 30-35 years old
- Good interpersonal skills and earnest personality
- Open minded person
- Intermediate level of English
- At least 3 years of working experience in charge of operating customer service and order management
- Able to support work permit for Japanese expatriates
- Having experience in using SAP system
- Able to work immediately
- Having working experience in each company at least 3 years (No job hopper)
- Start working immediately is preferred
