Position: Sales Engineer
Department: Body & Planning Department

Job Descriptions:
1. Introduce new product of the company's to new customers.
2. Establish strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
3. Being responsible for lead sales operation handling RFQ (Request for Quotaion) to P/O (Purchase Order) of Chinese car maker customers.
4. Responsible for price estimation and price negotiation with the customers.
5. Cooperate with factories about cost estimation, cost reduction activities such as VA, VE, Monozukuri, Karakuri, etc.
6. Cooperate with sales planning team to submit monthly forecast price include any impact such as material, APR, etc.
7. Report and summarize the sales activities to top management monthly and yearly align with sales's KPI.
8. Other task as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 30 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in enginering related field.
3. At least 1 year of work experience as OEM Sales Engineer from automotive field.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score more than 500 or higher is an advantage).
5. Business level of Chinese.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
