JOB DETAIL

- Planning and shipment management from Thailand to Cambodia in all year.
- Cooperate with the warehouse and Freight forwarder to follow the shipment schedule
- Receive PO from the customer for all shipments; Chilled (Once a week), Dry (Once a month), Frozen (Every 2 months).
- Using Web EDI for receive the new PO and separate each suppliers.
- Cooperate with the buyer export to issue PO and confirm with the suppliers
- Keep record the pallet and baskets for using in each shipment.
- Follow up the return Pallets and baskets with the customer
- Cooperate with the Freight forwarder to make the custom clearance for return pallets and baskets back to Thailand
- Issue the credit note in case of Cambodia lose some pallets or baskets
- Cooperate with the warehouse for receiving the products every day before loading.
- Confirm the actual receiving with the warehouse before issue the final invoice.
- Cooperate with the buyer export to contact the suppliers for the shortage products or cannot deliver on time.
- Prepare the production cost for apply Form D from the suppliers. (Check with the suppliers that they can prepare or not before start the business)
- Prepare the documents from suppliers for issue the Health Certificate (Eggs, Sausages). (Need the signature authorized from the management)
- Prepare the Invoice and Packing List for proceeding the custom clearance
- Export permit to DFT (Rice)
- Phytosanitary Cer. (Vegetables & fruits)
- Export permit to BLSC (SPS.7) for veterinarian certified
- Lor.9 (Need the signature authorized from the management)
- Export inform of Aquatic Animal or Aquatic Animal Product (Fisheries)
- Export Entry
- Truck Way Bill
- Provide the communication and coordination incudes negotiation and follow up assigned jobs for end
customer, Government unit, Freight forwarder, shipping agents as daily operation in order to warranty the operation completely and per time line.
- Check the delivery note and total qty before loading.
- Claim to suppliers and subcontractor for damaged, shortage products.
- Responsible to ensure customs formality process are right and on time including issue/follow up claim documents to suppliers
- Verify receiving report with stock/ inventory
- Verify expense charge from warehouse and freight forwarder
- Summarize the monthly sale report
- Issue the sale order to cut stock from the system
- Summarize the expense of each month
- Report the sale report to the management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Thai nationality
- Age between 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
- Experience in Export related over 3 years.
- Be a confident, organized team player
- Have a strong customer-service background
- Be a proficient computer user including the full Microsoft Office package
- Be able to work in a busy environment, effectively prioritizing workload
- Good communicate in English.
