JOB DETAIL

1. Support and assist customers
2. Coordinate and response to customers' need by phone calls, e-mails or direct-visit.
3. Manage administration tasks as assigned
4. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
5. Service the customers upon request and as needed.
6. Manage the day-to-day execution of social media content, including creating high quality and relevant content, scheduling, posting on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 24-28 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year as Sales (mature & active) (If have experience working from Japanese company is an advantage)
4. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
