• Determine plans, goals and marketing strategies in advance to meet the needs of all assigned platforms such as TikTok / Facebook / IG / YouTube / Web / Line OA, including offline marketing. Ready to organize activities and have a concept to promote sales
• Plan the work of the team to achieve the goals set
• Monitor the performance of everyone in the team to ensure efficiency in accordance with the policies and goals of the organization as well as allocating personnel appropriately and efficiently
• Collect, analyze data and make a monthly marketing plan.
• Take responsibility and drive sales to meet the set goals
• Update marketing trend all the time to be developed in the work
• Analysis of marketing factors to Find new sales channels and to drive sales expand customer base and increase business opportunities with the team
• Handle brand image and media both online and offline.
• Support brand performance and drive the growth of the organization
• Supervise and coordinate with various departments both inside and outside the organization to make sure the operation goes smoothly
• Manage advertising accounts on social media such as TikTok / Facebook / IG / YouTube / Web / Line OA.
• Analyze, summarize statistics and follow up on operating results both online and offline
• Coordinate with colleagues and report any progress and/or delays correctly and efficiently Be creative to increase benefits for customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Management level for 2 years
• Experience in Marketing field for 5-10 years
• Experience in beauty industry will be advantage
• Intermediate level of English
• Understand in various platform such as TikTok/ FB/ IG/ YouTube/ Website/ Line official account.
• Easygoing, assertive, positive-thinking, hard-working, leadership and high responsibility
• Handle 5 subordinates marketing team
