JOB DETAIL

- Manage IT daily operations on IT infrastructure, application, data security and IT reports.
- Identify and acting to monitor, improve and update system, software and application.
- Manage and respond to IT service request in timely manner and follow the work process to control and tracking IT service request within SLA.
- Analyze business requirements by coordinating with key users to develop solution and lead IT projects.
- Manage to determine timeline for key IT projects including system updates, upgrades, configuring and setting up, migrations and outages.
- Monitor and tracking project progress and follow-up project team to meet the target timeline.
- Coaching and guide team members to develop skills sets of IT Infrastructure, programming, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions.
- Facilitate and support request from IT Management and Top Management to share the progress of IT operation tasks and projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-42 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information systems management.
- 8-12 years of experience working in IT operations, program development.
- Experience leading and managing medium to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures, application across various technologies
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Understand ITIL Fundamental concept and apply to daily operation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills and the ability to explain complicated technical information in business terms.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
