JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for day-to-day issues related to IT security
• Maintain security appliance and equipment, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with other relevant teams.
• Documenting any security incidents / breaches and assessing their damage.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit departments in the field of information technology security
• Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
• Keep update security standards and guidelines according to company’s Policy and privacy policy
• Perform risk assessment & prepare security policy improvement periodically
• Ensure compliance with security policy, standards and procedures
• Give advice regarding security policies and recommendations to users
• Monitor usage behavior to ensure compliance with enterprise security policies
• Arrange Security Awareness training to users
• Supervise IT Support Desk team to support users
• Responsible for other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in IT security role or Information Technology role
• Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks
• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PDPA are an advantage
• Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar)
• Good Command in English (TOEIC 550 score)
