- responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the joint venture company and responsible to the board of directors as well as the headquarters
- Make the strategic plan of the joint venture company for the next 3-5 years and be responsible for its implementation.
- Together with the CFO, responsible for developing and implementing the company's annual activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Together with the CFO, be responsible for the estimation and implementation of all future investments in Southeast Asia
- Recruit suitable employees locally according to the needs of the joint venture
- On behalf of the joint venture, visit customers and partners in Southeast Asia and establish good business relations
- Regularly report local market information to headquarters
- According to the products of the joint venture company, actively explore the local customer market, including but not limited to Chinese. OEM, Japanese OEM, German OEM, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 40 - 55 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in any related field.
- more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, familiar with auto parts products
- Experience working in Southeast Asia, or familiar with Southeast Asian culture and market
- Have successful experience in CEO or other management positions
- Have excellent communication skills and organizational coordination skills
- Mastering the resources of relevant customers in Southeast Asia will be a priority
- Excellent in English
