JOB DETAIL

- Checking the production process according to the schedule.
- Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume.
- Responsible for coaching, Training, and retaining or initiating training of employees with production.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to meet corporate goals.
- Make plans to improve productivity and control costs direction and manage staff to achieve the above.
- Report the daily, weekly, and monthly progress to managers in English.
- Troubleshooting.
- Responsible for performance management of his report.
- Ensure development of his report and ensuring teams are following policies and procedures related to employee and safety and
environmental compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Good command of the English Language and computer literacy.
2. Strong communication skills (to work with Chinese management)
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 will be an advantage
4. Person who can work under pressure.
5. Able to remote the teamwork.
6. Able to lead by example
7. Leadership with working exp more than 5 years up
