JOB DETAIL

1. Gather business requirements to perform analysis as well as project assessment and handle documentation.
2. Execute and manage Project Management Plan.
3. Bridge business ends and IT teams to ensure business requirements well address business needs and validate technical solution for fulfilling business needs.
4. Drive user testing exercise includes UAT preparation (Test scenario, test plan, test cases and to preform pre-UAT QC cycles) and to manage UAT exercises.
5. Conduct planning team’s routine jobs (Update documents, reply to the inquiry/requests from head office/related departments).
6. Support user regarding application / system for troubleshooting.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned.
8. Act as IT project coordinator or business analyst role to support the improvement of operational efficiency of the Bank.
9. Develop and manage project plans to support any EUC/system development.
10 Understand user requirements to support the development of effective IT solutions for the Bank.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
3. Many years of experience in business analysis with project management exposure for big and long-term IT projects in banking industry. (If have experience in SWIFT, Bahtnet, or Banking Operation is an advantage)
4. If have IT Professional Certificate is an advantage.
5. Intermediate Level of English and Japanese.
