Additional Position
Position: Supervisor
Department: OMD (Operation Management Development)/3 Pillars Department.
3 Pillars (คิดเพื่อลูกค้า , ปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง, ให้ความสำคัญกับคนแต่ละคน)

Job Descriptions:
1. Integrate management of human resources development function of production.
2. Educate planning and management of group company's plants in ASEAN.
3. Responsible for human resources development program, content construction.
4. Manage and follow up each of the group company's plants in ASEAN.
5. Cooperate with related department in Japan.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 32-42 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
3. Many years od experience in Production Control with more than 5 years in HRD of production department/site (Production Training & Development)
4. Required knowledge of 'Global Standard Manufacturing (If have direct experience in Toyota Production System (TPS) is an advantage)
5. Upper Intermediate level of English
6. If able to communicate in Japanese in an advantage.
7. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
