JOB DETAIL

- Execution and implementation of the overall marketing plan in the later stage of the real estate project.
- Integrate design, planning, marketing, advertising, sales, media to setup project's marketing and promotion plans.
- Organize activities of real estate event.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female, Bachelor degree or above.
- Proficiency in English (Chinese is the advantage)
- More than 2 years of marketing planning experience, familiar with the whole process of real estate marketing, those with real estate marketing planning experience are preferred.
- Have strong writing skills, have unique views on marketing and promotion, and be able to independently write various market, positioning and promotion reports.
- Have a good sense of teamwork, have a strong sense of purpose and responsibility, good learning ability, and be willing to accept challenges.
- Good team awareness, strong communication and organization and coordination skills.
