JOB DETAIL

- Support users.
- Microsoft Solution/Application/Security/System Support and Troubleshooting. (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Endpoint Management/Security Support and Troubleshooting. (Such as CrowdStrike,
Antivirus, etc.)
- PC/Notebook/Tablet/ Mobile phone, Implement Replacement and Troubleshooting.
- Network Support and Troubleshooting. (WIFI, VPN, SQL, Cloud Solution).
- Coordinate with vendors to follow up and solve problems related to IT Equipment and Application.
- Test new IT device, setup and prepare IT device and environment for user and New Project.
- Prepare and install standard of programs into laptop/PC/Tablet for new device.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems networks, security systems, printers, scanners, mobile phones, access control system.
- Can setting new rules for IT function.
- Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25 – 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Software, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Experience 3-5 years with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skill, Proactive and service minded.
- Good communication skill in English
