JOB DETAIL

- Innovate and develop existing Delicatessen recipes and invent new recipes
- Determine the food preparation plan in accordance with the goals and operating results for the company
- Analyze and explore market trends and competitors
- Analyze costs, profits and sales, summarize the results of work and present a report to the management
- Negotiate with suppliers or partners to bring use of raw materials
- Train staff for making food recipes
- Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality, age between 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Home Economics, Food Science or related field
- Experience as a chef and can cook well
- Specializing to cook variety of cuisines (hot kitchens, cold kitchens), develop recipes at least 2 years.
- Understand and able to give an advice on food production in the factory *if have an experience will be advantage
- Good command of English
