JOB DETAIL

•Supervising IT staffs and daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
•Response, communicate and support IT (including Japanese staffs and HQ in Japan).
•Managing IT budgets, forecast and enforcing cost-effectiveness.
•Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes, person in charge of CSIRT.
•Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
•Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35 years old or above
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience between 10-20 years.
- Have experience in IT field or internal IT support (is plus) at least 5 years.
- Working experience in Japanese company or have been living in Japan is plus (For Thai candidate).
- Have experience to lead/manage staffs.
- PC Clinet/NW/Wireless/Email（O365）trouble shooting skill.
- Security（Patch・WIN Update, Endpoint Security etc.）/ knowledge ERP System knowledge (D365 etc.).
-Good in communication/teamwork/logical thinking/problem solving/report/documentation).
- Excellent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
