This position is primary responsible for designing and developing turnkey products and business opportunities from proposal to acceptance. This includes conception and development of new processes, fixtures, and tools. Also responsible for presenting to professional groups, and preparing proposals for customers as applicable.
• Preparation of Demo part includes clamping solution and tooling.
• Perform demonstration and explain machine function & Features.
• Support in technical discussion to sales team & customer.
• Perform time study and engineering solution (Turn Key).
• Perform fixture/ clamping solution for turnkey and demo.
• Perform project acceptance and run in for machinery sold.
• Recommendation of right machine base on customer drawing and information.
Exhibition/ Seminar and events
• Preparation setup of demo parts.
• Demonstration and explain machine function & features.
• Support region market (SEA) in exhibition demonstration.
Facility Management
• Overseeing the upkeep of working area, material storage, tooling room.
• Maintain showroom and showroom machine
Training
• Preparation of training materials.
• Conduct in house and on-site training.
Presentation
• Perform technical presentation of machine model.
• Conduct seminar presentation.

Others
• Perform showroom reporting.
• Conduct negotiation for best solution/ pricing on items require for Test Cut/ Turnkey.
• Visit customer with Sales Engineer – recommending correct machine for right solution.
• Perform machine specification for the machine offer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/ Female Age not over than 38 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related work experience.
• Experience & Knowledge in different machining process.
• Able to perform training with practical machining processes.
• Customer oriented
• Perform Test Cut and time study.
• Sound technical knowhow in jig and Fixture.
• Good technical knowledge in tooling selection.
• Perform Projects Acceptance and run in for machinery sold.
• Support in demonstration and technical discussion to sales department.
• Self-upgrading on new machine (Operation and Programming)
• Board knowledge of tooling types, manufacturing processes and applications.
• Some experience of CNC programming on lathes and/or mills.
• CAD solid modeling exposure is plus.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and client service attitude.
• Ability to gather information skillfully, prioritize work activities and us time efficiently.
