(Finance & Accounting Function)

• Manages all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, Payroll, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.
• Takes responsibilities to oversee and maintain Accounting and Tax Requirement to ensure that the company’s monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statement Consolidation are prepared properly and complied with relevant standardizations and external audit requirements.
• Prepares managerial reports for business review meeting with managements
• Working and coordinate with government authorities such as Revenue Department, Custom Department, etc. in any concerned issues.
• Working and coordinate with all consulting firms in all financial and tax issues
• Working and coordinate with all shareholders for all requested on financial and audit documents
• Coordinates and completes annual audit
• Manages and maintains organization’s overall IT infrastructure
• Ensure organization’s smooth network operation
• Solves IT problems and provide solutions for business continuity
• Leads and assist in the development of projects and establish quality project
• Proposes, manages and controls IT related budget for cost effectiveness
• Interacts with senior management, employees, vendors and other related parties to fulfill all requirements and expectations
• Enhance IT literacy to team and others in the organization
• Update knowledge on digital transformation and recommend appropriate strategies to the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age around 35-45, Thai nationality
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related fields

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• CPD license is required
• Experiences in managing Finance & Accounting teams around 20-30 staff
• Experiences in dealing with all levels of employees, including Engineers and Technicians
• English is Intermediate Level

• Excellent leadership in coaching and leading team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer and other IT skills
