JOB DETAIL
2 years contract position! After 2 years, it is possible to be a full-time employee by discussing with employer.
・Coordinate projects such as international conference, seminar, webinar and related survey mission
・Assisting to book airlines, hotel, enterprise, when having international meeting abroad
・Communicating with the university, ASEAN government, Japanese government, enterprise, and association to proceed projects
・Take minutes of international meeting and making the presentation documents of each activities
・Summarize the report and handling other administrative tasks
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
・Female only
・Age between 27 to 35 years old
・At least 5 years of experience in coordinating project
・Fluent in English such as TOEIC 700 above
・Able to use Microsoft office
・Able to go business trip to abroad
【Preferrable】
・Japanese proficiency
