【Job Description】
・Work as 1st/2nd level support to solve any technical problems of customers.
・Assist/Coordinate with Sales for Customers' Support Maintenance contract
・Support Internal system as well for OS and Application issues.
・Monitoring Network / Report to the Customer
・Monitoring end users' Backup Job
・Documentation for Helpdesk Team's task

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Age 25-35
・Male or Female
・Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related department（GPA2.5 UP）
・Over 3 years of IT Network or Server support work experience
・Basic knowledge for Windows Servers and Network equipment
・Experienced IT support for clients
・Troubleshooting Skill
・Active learning attitude
・Analytical / Logical Thinking
・Good English Communication Skill (Writing/Speaking)
