JOB DETAIL
1. Identify learning & development needs based on company business direction
2. Design learning & development plan/activity to drive company productivity and business growth.
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties to organize training course and learning event.
4. Administrate inhouse training course and learning event according to schedule plan. (Online, Onsite and Hybrid)
5. Collaborate with recruitment PIC for onboarding process through orientation.
6. Control training budget and manage related expense process.
7. Communicate training calendars to all related parties by creating effective & creative PR.
8. Develop online & digital learning content, create some training materials utilizing a variety of media-tools or coordinate with external production house.
9. Maintain and manage all learning related information & records in SAP-SF (LMS) system.
10. Conduct activity and contest about company core value development. (Company's Circle Activity-Job development contest, Company Design Thinking Activity)
11. Provide guidance and support for external institute’s training course registration to employee according to job requirement, competency development needed, and IDP (Individual Development plan).
12. Analyze and summarize training course and learning event evaluation result.
13. Prepare training related reports, analysis, and presentations.
14. Support Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Management related activity.
15. Support Honda Trading’s regional office (Asia region) about learning & development activity.
16. Collaborate with recreation committee to organize company activity such as CSR activity, Company Anniversary Event, etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female, Age between 22-26 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
3. At least 1 year of experience in HRD (Training, Organization Development)
4. If have experienced using SAP-SuccessFactors System or other digital tool in HR fields will be advantage.
5. Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 600 or higher)
6. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
