JOB DETAIL

・Propose the suitable solution to clients working with other engineers.
・Collaborate with sale teams to gather requirements from customers
・Design, Implement small-mid project
・Document the customer system environment, and maintain
・Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, liaising with with carriers, vendors and other parties
・Support the sales team with all technical related queries
・Support Internal system as well for OS and Application issues.
・Monitoring end users' Backup Job.
・Monitoring Network / Report to the Customer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Age 23-27
・Male or Female
・Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related department（GPA2.5 UP）
・1-3 Years IT support experience or Experience of Solution implementation in any Network or Server solution for over a year
・Intermediate Level of English
