JOB DETAIL

- Create and support for development of system and tools to increase job efficiency of employee user
- Manage and process for all EDI data from customer and other department
- Making required data from other department and management
- Mange and making scenario and function of RPA (WinActor)
- Manage all database of internal system
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, networks printers and scanners for both of office and warehouse
- Monitoring and maintaining computer system and networks.
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Implement and control network security across the company with coordinate by JAPAN HQ IT
- Manage and support for subordinates in IT section

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience 8-10 years in IT support management or related field.
- Skill and Knowledge of SQL/VBA in Microsoft Access or other similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple task and projects
- Ability to solve all of IT problems in organization
- Ability to communication in English
- Good attitude with customer service mind and skilld
