JOB DETAIL

•Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
•Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
•Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tool and Dealing with escalated network support issues.
•Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement.
•Communication support between JP/EN/TH.
•Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-40 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- English in business level and Japanese (JLPT N1)
- 5 - 15 Years of Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business.
- Previous work experience as a System engineer or Solid background in System administration and architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions, vSphere, vCenter, Storage.
- Understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
- High level problem-solving, communication skills, excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools(e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds network tools).
- Familiar with MS Exchange, MS Teams, and Virtualized Technology (VMware and Citrix) will be benefits.
- Certificate of MCSA/MCSE/AWS SysOps Administrator.
