1. Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard
2. Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
3. Develop and maintain quality control standards

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 46-50 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial, Mechanical or related field
3. At least 15 years of work experience in production from construction tools or technical tools manufacturing company.
4. At least 3 years experience in management position position.
5. Must have work experience from Japanese company.
6. Intermediate Level of English.
7. Able to work on some Saturdays (1 Saturday/month)
