JOB DETAIL

• Plan, organize and manage collection team to collect customer’s payment at the lowest Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and % Long Term Outstanding (LTO)
• Develop strategies to collection team in order to manager DSO and %LTO as plan
• Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately to leverage best performance
• Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up
• Manage law firm to execute LTO Legal action
• Investigate and timely response on any customer complaint
• Responsible for 20K - 30K transactions per month

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related filed
• At least 5 years working experience in large transaction of collection
• Good negotiation skill
• Proficiency in English
• Willing to work under pressure
• Computer Literacy
