• Manage the project definition for scope, objectives, feasibility.
• Gathering requirements, digesting, and organization into the structured written specifications and tasks
• Lead and supervise both functional and technical roles in the project
• Plan to ensure resource mobility including timeline, availability and resources allocation.
• Manage resources for the execution of projects.
• Regularly report project progress and escalate issues to team leaders and above as required.
• Conduct Sprint planning in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Conduct Daily scrum, assign tasks and mitigate problems and risks in the Project

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• At least possessing 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Background IT Project management.
• Knowledge in developer would be advantage.
• Be able to evaluate and estimate the technical effort of the tasks
• Be able to break down the tasks into detail which software developers could work on
• Fast learner, self-driven, highly motivated, and full of initiative
• Methodical, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Negotiation skill is a must.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, management, and teamwork skills
• Good in written and spoken English
