• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

Report to VP-Sales & Marketing

Manage Team : 30 person

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree in MBA prefer Bachelor in engineer (Electrical, Machanical ,Telecom , industrial engineering)
- Male or female prefer male age not over 40-45 years old.
- Experiennce working at least 10 year as manager level up
- Experience in export is prefer
- Experiennce in any industry
- Able to make sale strategy for company
- Understand cost and how to set pricing
- This position KPI Company gross profic margin
- Own car and license
- Logical thinking and good analytical Good interpersonal skills
- Intermidiate in English (especially on writing and speaking), MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Occasional travel may be involved.
