Position summary:
We are currently recruiting for Customer Lifestyle Ambassador. This is a High-level service position providing information support to each customer. Customer Lifestyle Ambassador work directly with valuable customer, answering questions, providing information, and arranging for customer personal lifestyle wishes.

• Provide quality in depth customer service.
• Follow up on customer requested if needed.
• Complete customer requested.
• Ensure to achieve customer satisfaction at all times

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree
- Thai national, age is over than 22 years old
- Have service minded, like to help and want to create a good experience for customers (not sales)
- Have good communication skills and use Thai language clear speaking accent, no local accent
- Able to communicate in English, both speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Can use a computer and have good internet skills.
- Has the ability to manage various and complex tasks well
- Flexible able to adapt and accept change well
- Able to work in rotational shifts (there are day and night shifts. Night shifts will receive an additional shift fee.)
- If you have experience in the position of Concierge will be an advantage.
