JOB DETAIL

• Manage and lead merchandise team into achieving sale and GP target.
• Analyze sales, market trend and competitive market with respect to trends, marketing & product strategy; react to ensure market leadership.
• Develop strategic sourcing for health and beauty category regarding customer offer: assortment, pricing and promotion.
• Negotiate with suppliers in merchandising products under responsibilities to ensure effective operations to achieve profitability and gross sales.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Work closely with Head of Commercial and strategy team and collaborate with all teams (Mostly with marketing, operation, and supply chain) to ensure companies objectives are being fulfilled.
• Problem solving on trade marketing issue with other related teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age over 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economic, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Category Manager, Merchandising Manager with a strong focus on health and beauty retail business
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with keen understanding of relevant cost drivers for demand management
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Thai and English and computer literary, preferable in Excel
