・Consulting on personnel affairs to clients.
・The main clients are Japanese companies.
・Cooperate with Japanese MD to provide HR Consulting services to clients.
・Explanation of services regarding inquiries from companies
・Presentation
・Hearing clients about problems related to HR
・Discuss the Consulting service with a Japanese MD and create a new service.
・Lead the project management when receiving an order for the project

※Training is almost the same as Pasona's HR Consulting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor Degree
・Age 28-35
・Male or Female
・Over 3 years of experience in HR Consulting related or Over 5 years of experience in HR
・Upper Intermediate of English （TOEIC 700 UP）
・Upper Intermediate of Japanese
