Additional Position
Position: Department Manager
Department: Production Control
Number of Subordinate: 7 staffs (All Thai)
Report directly to Department Manager (Japanese)

Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for production control of group companies in ASEAN as representative of regional head quarter.
2. Responsible for production preparation management of new products and coordinate between customers and production company.
3. Plan and promote activities in order to improve competitiveness.
4. Strengthen production structure that is resistant to fluctuation and risks.
5. Manage future vision of the department and promote to the top mannagement.
6. Coach team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in in engineering related field.
3. More than 10 year of work experience in production control and new product preparation management.
4. At least 3 years in Manager level with experience managing and coaching subordinates.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score more than 600 or higher is an advantage.
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
6. Able to work onsite upon request (company's car and driver will be provided.
