Department: Information Technology Management
Position: IT Engineer (Business Application Coordinator)
Hiring Plan: July, 2022
1. Develop software in-house - 'G Form' - Form Creator Program (Present) and Implement global software (Package Software) from head quarter in Japan (Future Plan)
2. Overview life cycle of the assigned software.
3. Present, promote and suggest software to users (Internal members within group companies, around 30 companies both domestic and international) to match with the internal business workflow of each company.
4. Lead discussion with users about the new sofatware implementation project, prapare documentation process regarding the overview, flow software customization design, manual, etc.
5. Coordinate with users for pre-setup process, set up program, train users, follow up and solve issues.
6. Plan and implement as requested by users or as assigned by management team for each of the project to be completed on time.
7. Troubleshoot errors, analyze system problem and find solutions.
8. Monitor, maintenance, and support users upon request.
9. Improve software such as increasing speed, achieving higher product quality, reducing cost, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
3. At least 1 year as 'ERP Support' with knowledge and experience in implementing and developing Software (ERP) and experience training internal users.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score 600 or higher is an advantage)
5 Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
